Reservation Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Check in time 3:00 pm, Check out time 12:00 pm
  • All passengers must present original document at check-in for registration
  • All reservations must be guaranteed prior to hotel check-in.
  • REGISTRATION POLICY WITH MINORS. To enter the hotel for minors, it is necessary to present the minor's identity card and civil registry. In case the minor is not registered in the company of his parents, the person responsible for taking care of him must present a document authenticated by at least one of them that authorizes the entry.
  • POLICY AGAINST CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, Colombian laws protect minors from all forms of sexual exploitation and violence caused by national or foreign tourists. Violations of this principle carry the criminal and administrative sanctions provided for in Law 679 August 3, 2001.


ACCOMMODATION POLICY

  • CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS, It allows cancellations or modifications up to 24 hours in low season and 48 hours in high season before the Check In date. The modification of the reservation is valid for up to 1 year, subject to room and rate availability.
  • CANCELLATION AT LATE If cancellation is made late, that is, in a time outside of that stipulated in the cancellation policy, a penalty is charged for the value equivalent to 01 (one) of accommodation of the reserved rate.
  • NO SHOW, The hotel will charge the No Show (breach of the reservation), in case of no-show on the scheduled day of check-in, the collection of 20% of the total value or rate established for the reservation will be effective.
  • EARLY DEPARTURE, Early departure to the scheduled date in your reservation will generate a penalty. In case of withdrawing from the hotel prior to the departure date stipulated in the reservation, the charge of 20% of the value or rate established for the days that are not used will be effective.
  • LATECHECK-OUT
  • Late check out until 15:00 $70.000
  • Late check out until 18:00 $150.000
  • Late check out after 18:00 until 20:00 one night rate


  • EARLY CHECK-IN

        It is a pleasure for us to allow your check-in before the established time, however, it is subject to the availability of the Hotel at the            time of your arrival. If you want to ensure that the room is available upon arrival, we recommend that you reserve the room one                night before your expected arrival date.

  • Early check in before 10:00 a.m. 50% of daily rate
  • Early check in after 10:00 am 30% of daily rate


  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, withdrawal and other circumstances of reimbursement in the framework of the Health Emergency as a result of Covid-19. Decree 557 of 2020. According to article 4 of the aforementioned law, requests for withdrawal, withdrawal and reimbursement of services received during the validity of the Sanitary Emergency declared by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection in the Colombian territory and even by one more year, they may be reimbursed for the services provided by the Hotel.   • CARD FRAUD CONTROL.
    To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the credit card used to make the online reservation and an official photo ID of the cardholder at check in.
    The hotel reserves the right to reject the guest at check-in, for not complying with this requirement.
    If the cardholder is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest must present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and the identity document with a photograph, duly signed by the owner of the card.
    The hotel can cancel a confirmed reservation, if it is suspected that a fraudulent card has been used, therefore, the holder of the card that will be used as a means of guarantee, must be the same one who makes the reservation and enjoys the hotel services.

TAXES:

"According to governmental provisions in Law Decree 2068 of December 31, 2020, articles 46 and 47, the rates reflected on our site are EXCLUDED from VAT and consumption tax on a temporary basis for reservations with check-in and check-in dates. out until December 31, 2021, from January 1, 2022, charges will be generated for these items and they may be canceled directly at the hotel at check-in.

In the same way, as of January 1, 2022 and in accordance with the regulations of Decree 297 of 2016 and the provisions that the National Government indicates, the VAT exemption will continue as follows: tourism, Andean Card or Mercosur Card and Colombians residing abroad in both cases who stay less than 90 days in Colombia or present at the hotel their passport or documents that prove Entry and Stay Permit PT, PID, POA according to the new regulation, those who do not comply with these requirements must pay the tax (19%) directly at the hotel, therefore it is essential to present the Passport and the Migration Certificate at the time of check in. ".
